Reservation Terms and Conditions for Wierchowa Chałupa

 

I. General Provisions

This document outlines the terms under which reservations and rentals of accommodations in Wierchowa Chałupa can be made. Making a reservation signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The agreement between the Client and the Lessor is established when a reservation is made online, via email, or by phone.

 

II. Reservation

 

1. To make a reservation, the Client selects their desired stay period. A preliminary reservation confirmation will be sent to the Client's email address. If the advance payment is not received within the specified timeframe outlined in the reservation confirmation, the Lessor reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

2. The reservation confirmation sent by the Lessor includes:

a) Client’s stay dates

b) Total rental cost

c) Amount of advance payment

d) Bank account details

e) General terms of reservation

 

3. After receiving the advance payment, the Client will receive an email confirming the payment and contact details for the reception staff responsible for handing over the house keys. As defined, the advance payment is non-refundable under Article 394 of the Civil Code.

4. If the advance payment does not cover the full reservation cost, the Client must pay the remaining amount upon check-in.

5. The remaining balance for the stay is due on the day of arrival, as per the agreed schedule, but no later than the following day by 12:00 PM.

 

III. Rental Agreement Conditions

1. The rental fee covers utilities, consumables provided on-site (cleaning supplies, toiletries), and services accessible to guests.

 

2. Stay:

- Begins at 3:00 PM on the arrival day and ends at 11:00 AM on the departure day.

a) Early check-in is subject to availability and individual approval by the Lessor. To guarantee early check-in, an additional fee must be agreed upon and paid in advance.

b) Extended check-out is also subject to availability and individual approval. To guarantee a late check-out, an additional fee must be agreed upon and paid in advance.

c) Wierchowa Chałupa provides services according to its category and standards. Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported immediately to the Lessor.

3. The Client must notify the Lessor of any incidents that may cause material damage to the property or pose safety risks to other guests.

4. The Client may only use the house for residential purposes and cannot sublease it.

5. By booking, the Client agrees to a service fee, as specified in the reservation confirmation.

6. Children under three years old, sleeping in a bed with adults or in their own crib without additional bedding, stay free of charge. Other children are charged according to the reservation terms.

7. A free parking space is included with the reservation. The management is not liable for damages to or loss of vehicles parked on the premises.

8. Check-ins after 10:00 PM and check-outs before 7:00 AM must be arranged in advance with the property manager.

 

IV. Client Responsibilities

1. The actual number of occupants must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Additional guests must be reported to the Lessor. The Lessor reserves the right to deny check-in if occupancy exceeds the house's capacity. In such cases, the Client is still liable for the full reservation cost.

2. Guests must adhere to quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

3. Guests are responsible for damages caused by themselves or their visitors and must immediately report any damages to the Lessor.

4. Smoking is prohibited except in designated areas. Non-compliance will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.

5. The Lessor reserves the right to refuse check-in to intoxicated or disorderly individuals.

 

VI. Changes to Reservations

Modifications are subject to individual arrangements with the Lessor and must be confirmed via email.

 

VII. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for non-performance caused by unforeseen events beyond their control.

 

VIII. Governing Law

Polish law governs disputes. Jurisdiction is vested in the court of the Lessor's registered office.
